Your responsibilities
Location: Remote / Germany-wide
Area: Sales | Enterprise IT | Open Source | Ceph | Storage
Start: At the earliest possible date
Your Tasks
- Identification, analysis, and development of focus customers in the Enterprise / B2B sector.
- Creation of individual account development plans.
- Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Managing the entire sales cycle through to contract conclusion (ARR/NRR).
- Collaboration with partners and internal experts (e.g., Ceph Engineers).
- Use of frameworks like MEDDIC / MEDDPICC for structured sales processes.

Your profile
What you should bring
- Several years of experience in Sales / Account Management in a technical environment.
- Proven track record in sales and strong closing skills.
- A resilient network in the target industry.
Desirable skills
- Technical understanding of Open Source, Ceph, and Kubernetes.
- Experience working with partners / resellers.
- Knowledge of sales frameworks like MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or similar.
