Yes. We offer flexible setups, including fully remote work from within Germany or a hybrid model from our Munich-Schwabing office, depending on the role.
Our engineering team is international, so internal technical communication is primarily in English. Fluent German is required for customer-facing commercial roles, such as Account Management.
As an owner-managed company, we have short decision paths. You will usually receive initial feedback within a few working days after submitting your application through our secure portal.
For senior storage roles, proven Ceph experience is required. For other engineering positions, we look for strong fundamentals in Linux, networking, C++, or Go, and will actively support you in mastering the Ceph ecosystem.
Yes. Upstream contribution is a core part of our daily engineering practice, not a side project. We actively support our team in committing code, attending developer summits, and speaking at industry conferences.
