We are looking for an IT Specialist (m/f/d) to strengthen our team, someone who will develop, document, and automate our internal systems with a focus on security, stability, and transparency. Your responsibilities

Description of tasks:

Actively shape our internal IT infrastructure, taking responsibility for the following:

  • Optimizing processes for Onboarding & Offboarding.
  • Documenting our internal tools and firewall structures.
  • Cleaning up and structuring existing firewall rules.
  • Automating routine maintenance and update processes.
  • Building and operating a reliable Monitoring & Alerting System.
Your profile

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Linux, macOS & Windows (MDM, User Support etc.).

  • Foundational knowledge in Network Technologies (BGP, Firewall, VPN).

  • Experience with Monitoring Tools such as CheckMK, Grafana or Prometheus.

    Languages

  • Very good German skills.

  • Good English skills.

    Nice-to-have:

  • Knowledge of Kubernetes.

  • Programming experience in Shell, Ansible or Python.

  • Experience with Databases (MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL).

  • Technically versatile with an eye for security and efficiency.

  • You think proactively, work independently, and maintain a strong team spirit.

  • Error analysis and problem-solving are part of your daily business.

  • You excel at documenting, communicating, and automating.
