Your Responsibilities
- Identification, analysis, and development of focus customers in the Energy Provider / Utilities sector.
- Creation of individual customer development plans.
- Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Managing the entire sales cycle through to contract conclusion (ARR/NRR).
- Collaboration with partners and internal experts (e.g., Ceph Engineers).
- Utilization of frameworks such as MEDDIC / MEDDPICC for structured sales activities.

Your profile
What you should bring:
- Several years of experience in Sales / Key Account Management in a technical environment.
- Proven sales success and strong closing communication skills.
- A robust network in the target industry.
Desirable:
- Technical understanding of Open Source, Ceph, and Kubernetes.
- Experience working with partners/resellers.
- Knowledge of sales frameworks like MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or similar.
Your Competencies:

- Willingness to travel and a structured Home Office workflow.
