Your responsibilities

Location: Germany-wide / Home office possible
Area: Sales | Healthcare | Open Source | Ceph | Storage

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and develop target customers in the healthcare sector
  • Create individual customer development plans
  • Build and maintain a reliable sales pipeline
  • Manage the entire sales cycle through to contract closure (ARR/NRR)
  • Collaborate with partners and internal experts (e.g., Ceph engineers)
  • Apply frameworks such as MEDDIC / MEDDPICC for structured sales execution

Your profile

What you should bring

  • Several years of experience in sales / account management in a technical environment
  • Proven sales success and strong closing communication skills
  • A solid network within the target industry

Nice to have

  • Technical understanding of open source, Ceph, and Kubernetes
  • Experience working with partners / resellers
  • Familiarity with sales frameworks such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or similar
