Commercial Assistant / Accounting, part-time

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated Commercial Assistant / Accounting (m/f/d) on a part-time basis (20h). Your responsibilities

In your role, you will ensure structure and the smooth running of commercial processes:

  • Invoicing: You will be responsible for preparing and sending out outgoing invoices.
  • Accounts receivable: You will monitor incoming payments, maintain accounts receivable and, where necessary, handle the dunning process.
  • Backoffice: You will carry out general administrative tasks such as mail handling, filing and maintaining our master data.
  • Executive assistant: You will support our management team in day-to-day operations (scheduling, correspondence and organisation).-
Your profile

You are a natural organiser with a head for figures and bring the following to the role:

  • Background: A completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification with relevant work experience.
  • Accounting: You have a solid grounding in accounting.
  • Software: You are fully proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel).
  • Working style: You work in a structured and independent manner and maintain a clear overview even in turbulent times.
  • Languages: Very good command of German; knowledge of English is an advantage in our international IT environment.
